The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall conduct studies of museums and documents in order to indicate how the Agricultural Museum will be established. On the basis of these studies, the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall draft a report which shall be submitted to the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Museum.
