The Agricultural Museum is hereby authorized to [accept donations and/or loans of agricultural materials and equipment of foreign provenance that had been used in Puerto Rico]. The Museum may use and order the preparation of replicas and reproductions properly identified as such, ensuring that their distribution or presentation does not affect the intrinsic value of the originals.
