The Board of Directors shall render an annual report of the activities programed and performed during the year to the Puerto Rico Agronomists’ Association and to the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico, and shall submit an expense budget for each year and an audited financial statement, no later than the month following the end of each fiscal year.
