The Department of Education of Puerto Rico shall establish the mechanisms and systems needed to publish and give general circulation to the Bill of Rights of the Pregnant Student. Within thirty (30) days [following] the date of approval of this act, the Department of Education shall publish said document in full in at least one (1) newspaper of general circulation for two (2) consecutive days.\nHistory —Aug. 21, 2004, No. 220, § 2, eff. 30 days after Aug. 21, 2004.
