The Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to secure loans granted to cooperative schools and to the Biblioteca y Centro de Estudios de Puerto Rico, Inc. for the acquisition of real and private property and the working capital needed to achieve their organization and operation for a total of up to five million dollars ($5,000,000).\nHistory —June 7, 1973, No. 111, p. 456, § 1, renumbered as § 1(b) and amended on Aug. 25, 2000, No. 197, § 2.
