The cooperative schools availing themselves of the Loan Security Program shall be officially registered in the State Department under the cooperative laws of the country and shall justify before the Department of Education the need and adequacy of the curricula as well as of the facilities to be acquired or constructed before they are covered by said Loan Security Program.\nHistory —June 7, 1973, No. 111, p. 456, § 2.
