The Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico shall issue the regulations that shall govern the granting of the loan security created in §§ 1601—1614 of this title and shall establish therein, with liberal criteri[a] in view of the social and cultural purposes sought by this kind of cooperative, the eligibility requirements, the processing and the conditions to obtain the security for the provisional and final financing and all the provisions it may deem pertinent to implement the powers herein vested in it.\nHistory —June 7, 1973, No. 111, p. 456, § 3.
