Five (5) or more persons may organize a school youth cooperative for the objectives and purposes established in this chapter, through the filing of articles of incorporation, general bylaws and an operating track record (questionnaire). Any group interested in organizing into a cooperative must receive orientation and assistance from the Cooperative Development Administration, which shall process the documents required for its incorporation with the corresponding agencies and the Department of Education when it concerns school cooperatives.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 4.0; Aug. 7, 2008, No. 197, § 1.
