To be a member of a youth school cooperative it is required:\n(a) To be twenty-nine (29) nine years of age or under.\n(b) To be a student at a public or private school or resident in a place where a youth cooperative is organized.\n(c) To comply with the requirements of this chapter, the articles and the bylaws of the cooperative.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 6.1; July 19, 2006, No. 125, § 4.
