If the request for admission is denied by the Board of Directors, the applicant shall have the right to request a review of the decision. If the Board reaffirms the negative decision, and the applicant believes it to be contravenes the act or its clauses, he/she can file a review request before the Supervision Committee. If the Supervision Committee ratifies the Board’s decision, the decision shall be final.
