All cooperative members shall have the following rights:\n(a) To participate with voice and vote in all meetings with equal rights.\n(b) To choose, and be chosen for positions in the Board and Supervision Committee and other committees to be established.\n(c) To use the cooperative’s services.\n(d) To request information about the cooperative’s situation from the Board or the Supervision Committee.\n(e) To request information about the cooperative’s situation.\n(f) To decide in what manner the cooperative’s net surplus if any, should be distributed.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 7.0.
