Every member of a cooperative must comply with the duties and responsibilities established by this chapter and its bylaws:\n(a) To comply with the articles of incorporation, with the bylaws, and with the obligations of this chapter.\n(b) To watch out for the cooperative’s interests.\n(c) To comply with the decisions of the meeting and the board.\n(d) To be available and to faithfully discharge the positions for which one is elected.\n(e) To comply with any social or economic obligation contracted with the cooperative.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 7.1.
