The cooperative shall keep a registry or list of members containing the following list of information:\n(a) Name, address and occupation of the member.\n(b) Amount of shares that each member has with the corresponding numbers and amount paid for them.\n(c) Date of admission to the cooperative.\n(d) Date in which the member ceases to be a member and reason thereof.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 7.2.
