When the Board determines that there is cause for separating a member, it must give notice of the charges alleged for his separation from the cooperative, in writing.\nThe notice shall include a summons to an administrative hearing before the Board, to take place no less than (10) ten days or more than (30) thirty days after receiving the communication. The member may examine the evidence against him. The Board shall evaluate the evidence presented within (15) fifteen days after the hearing, and shall notify the member concerned within a term of (5) five days after a decision is taken.
