The functions of the meeting shall be:\n(a) To approve and amend the articles and the bylaws.\n(b) To set the cooperative’s general policy.\n(c) To elect and to remove the Board of Directors and Committees.\n(d) To reject or to authorize the Boards’ recommendations.\n(e) To decide about capitalization and the cooperatives’ surplus.\n(f) To receive the cooperatives’ situation reports and reports on the work performed by the Board of Directors and Committees.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 9.3.
