The general assembly of members shall be legally formed when the following conditions are present:\n(a) When the membership exceeds one hundred (100) members, ten percent (10%) of these, plus five percent (5%) of the excess over one thousand (1,000) of the total membership.\n(b) When the membership is less than one hundred (100) members, a minimum of fifteen (15) members, or two thirds (2 / 3) of the membership, or whichever is less.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 9.5.
