Each member of the Board of Directors, Supervision Committee or any other committee may be removed from his/her position for the following reasons:\n(a) Incurring in acts sanctioned with separation from the cooperative.\n(b) Breaching this chapter or bylaws.\n(c) Breaching the school bylaws in violation of the cooperative’s objectives.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 10.2.
