The cooperative shall be directed by a Board of Directors formed by an odd number or not less than five (5) nor more than eleven (11), chosen by the assembly of members. The Board shall be constituted within ten (10) days after the assembly is held and it shall choose its own officers.\nNo one may be elected to more than three (3) consecutive terms.
