The Board shall appoint an education committee whose duties include:\n(1) To prepare a work plan according to the educational policy established by the Board, comprising:\n(a) To fill the needs of the directing bodies.\n(b) To provide cooperative education for employees.\n(c) To provide cooperative information to the community.\n(2) To issue a report to the annual members’ meeting.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 11.3.
