The service reserve shall receive ten percent (10%) of the cooperative’s net surplus. The service reserve shall be used for the following:\n(1) Education of members and nonmembers.\n(2) Community services.\n(3) The Board shall determine how the reserve shall be used within the provisions of this chapter.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 12.7.
