Any school youth cooperative organized under this chapter, may dissolve voluntarily with the vote of two thirds (2 / 3) of the members present at the assembly called for this purpose.\nThe dissolution agreement must be signed and certified by the president and secretary of the Board of Directors, and notice provided to the Cooperative Inspector’s Office and the Cooperative Development Administration.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 14.0.
