The Advisor must perform the following tasks:\n(1) To advise members about educational and legal aspects concerning the organization and management of the cooperative.\n(2) To supervise activities of the school cooperative concerning order, discipline, habits, work conditions and cooperation with the school community.\n(3) To attend members’ meetings and to guide them in taking decisions about matters related to organization and functioning of the cooperative.\n(4) To coordinate with Cooperative Development Administration officers or those of the sponsoring entity so that with their counseling, the cooperative group may incorporate.\n(5) To offer help to the Board so that an accounting system that avoids risks, deficiencies, or bad use of funds is adopted.\n(6) To deposit the cooperative funds during the mandatory period of forty-eight (48) hours, when necessary, sign with the treasurer or officer designated by the Board to perform administrative tasks, checks and other documents.\n(7) To review and sign the administrator’s documents and reports and those from other cooperative employees.\n(8) To participate in and to coordinate with the school community, educational, recreational
