The Board of Directors may hire the services of a manager who, in coordination with the advisor, shall be responsible for the daily operations of the cooperative.\n(a) The Board of Directors and the advisor shall assign duties and powers to the manager, which shall include without limitation, the following:\n(1) To supervise the service area daily.\n(2) To buy and sell merchandise.\n(3) To keep administrative and accounting documents current.\n(4) To issue reports every four months and annually to the board of directors and to the shareholder’s meeting.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2002, No. 220, § 16.0.
