(a) To create and establish a Cooperative Movement Coordination and Education Division, attached to the Social Studies Program.\n(b) The Division of Cooperativist Coordination arid Education, adjoined to the Department of Education, shall be the liaison between the Department of Education, the Cooperative Promotion Administration, the Office for Youth, the Governor’s Office and the cooperative movement.\n(c) It shall promote the creation of school cooperatives and workshops or cooperativism courses among the students.
