An Advisory Board is hereby established in the Cooperative Movement Coordination and Education Division, which shall understand and advise on the decision-making and strategy development processes for the continuity of the youth cooperatives. Such Advisory Board shall be constituted by one representative of the Cooperative Development Administration, one representative of the League of Cooperatives, the Director of the Division, the Director of the Social Studies Program, one teacher advisor from a youth cooperative, and one student who holds a position within a Board of Directors of any youth cooperative.
