The funds for the implementation of this Division shall be annually consigned in the Expense Budget corresponding to the Department of Education.\nFurthermore, the Department may re-appropriate funds appropriated to other programs or funds appropriated to the Office of Cooperative Movement Coordination and Education, attached to the Social Studies Program. Said Division may request federal funding to develop activities that shall benefit the cooperative movement education, without it constituting a substitution of state funding.
