For the purposes of this chapter there shall be considered as experimental a school district so designated in our educational system for the purposes of testing pedagogical innovations such as, but without limitation, types of organization, curricular developments, teaching techniques, use of facilities, equipment and materials, use of teaching, administrative and auxiliary personnel and adjustments in the school hours and school calendar. A district may be so designated for a period of not less than three (3) nor more than five (5) years.\nHistory —June 6, 1974, No. 59, Part 1, p. 233, § 1.
