In accordance with the criteria established in this chapter and with the regulations that the Secretary shall promulgate as provided hereinbelow in compliance with the established public policy, the Secretary of Education shall issue the corresponding authorizing license to the educational institutions covered by this subchapter upon the payment of fifty dollars ($50).\nOnce the license is issued by the Secretary, it shall remain in effect for four (4) years.\nHistory —May 10, 1976, No. 31, p. 78, added as § II-2 on June 30, 1988, No. 49, p. 220, § 2.
