Any private educational institution that has been granted a license of authorization pursuant to the provisions of this Subchapter must renew the same after four (4) years of its issuance.\nThe license renewal procedure shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and the applicable regulations. Provided, however, That the Secretary shall issue the corresponding license renewal for a period of four (4) years upon the presentation of evidence by the petitioning institution that it continues to comply with the criteria established in this Subchapter and in the regulations that motivated the issuing of the authorization license.\nHistory —May 10, 1976, No. 31, p. 78, added as § II-9 on June 30, 1988, No. 49, p. 220, § 2.
