The educational institutions subject to the regulations of this subchapter and that at the time all the provisions thereof take effect, hold a license, whether it be of authorization or renewal issued by the Secretary of Education, they shall automatically be granted the corresponding institutional license, being subject to the provisions of this subchapter concerning the renewal, suspension and cancellation of licenses.\nHistory —May 10, 1976, No. 31, p. 78, added as § II-15 on June 30, 1988, No. 49, p. 220, § 2.
