The church-schools shall be exempted from the payment required by the Department of the Treasury, corresponding to the operation of a school establishment. They shall also guarantee the payment of salaries and the partial reimbursement of the enrollment fee in the event that the school closes, through a written agreement signed by the parents and directors of the church-schools.\nHistory —July 19, 1995, No. 82, § 7.
