Each church-school shall adopt a plan to receive and solve complaints. Any person who is aware of any school situation that involves physical punishment and/or physical, mental or emotional abuse, may file a complaint before any public agency with jurisdiction.\nHistory —July 19, 1995, No. 82, § 8.
