At the beginning of each school year, the president or superintendent of the church-schools educational system’s board of directors shall submit to the General Council on Education evidence of their compliance with the requirements of the Permit Management Office, the Puerto Rico Firefighters Department and the Department of Health, as established in this chapter. The Board of Directors shall also submit a copy of the curriculum or study program to the Council.\nThe General Council on Education shall certify the legitimacy of the same.\nHistory —July 19, 1995, No. 82, § 9.
