At the close of the fiscal year the Manager shall certify to the Secretary of Labor and Human Resources, for reimbursement purposes, an invoice covering the expenditures incurred pursuant to the provisions of §§ 61 and 62 of this title, and such expenditures shall be repaid into the State Insurance Fund, as provided in §§ 64 and 65 of this title.
