The Administrator of the State Insurance Fund is hereby authorized to issue, according to the conditions he/she deems justifiable, collective insurance policies to:(a) Employers of farm workers that are members of a nonprofit association, or(b) members or shareholders of a marketing, credit or production cooperative association established according to the laws that promote cooperatives in Puerto Rico;(c) nonprofit employer’s associations for the production of farm products, and(d) bona fide fishermen’s associations registered at the Department of State and who hold a license to that effect issued by the Secretary of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources.
