The sums which for the purpose of §§ 101—103 of this title may be set aside from the reserve and surplus funds of the State Insurance Fund shall be reimbursed to their respective accounts, chargeable to the item for operating expenses of the State Insurance Fund, at the rate of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) a year, until the full amortization thereof.
