For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning provided for below:(a) Department.— The Sports and Recreation Department.(b) Game of Dominoes.— A game that is a tile game in which rectangular tiles are used, which are usually white on the face side and black on the reverse side, divided into two square ends, each of which is either blank or marked with one to six pips.(c) Secretary.— The Secretary of the Sports and Recreation Department.(d) Public Sports and Recreational Entities Register.— The register created under § 444 l of Title 3.
