When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning expressed hereinbelow:(a) Andadura horse races. — Shall mean the art or sport of riding a horse at a fast trot, without reaching a gallop, in which the winning horse and jockey are the ones who reach the finish line first, without losing said gait.(b) Department. — Shall mean the Sports and Recreation Department.
