It shall be understood as 'tournament' that in which the number of betting pools contributes a specific number of gamecocks, each one with a specific weight. Tournaments sponsored by the Sports and Recreation Department, as well as by cockpits shall be governed by special rules, which at no time shall contravene this chapter, and that shall be established through regulations by the Sports and Recreation Department.
