The requirements to obtain or renew a pit judge or registration judge shall be established through regulations by the Sports and Recreation Department.If the operator of a cockpit authorizes a person to perform the functions of a pit judge and registration judge in the cockpit he/she operates, who does not hold a license in effect or whose license has been suspended or revoked, the Cockfighting Affairs Office may sanction him/her with a fine to be established by regulations.
