The prohibitions during a match shall be established through regulations by the Sports and Recreation Department. Said fine shall be collected by the pit judge at once, and after deducting the sum of the money order and postage, he/she shall remit the same to the Sports and Recreation Department payable to the Secretary of Treasury not later than five (5) calendar days as of the date of the imposition of the fine.The pit judge shall impose a fine which shall be established through regulations by the Sports and Recreation Department on any person who, through a malicious act such as making noise, throwing objects into the pit, hitting the ringside area or trying to change the course or progress of a fight.
