The requirements to apply for a maintenance technician license shall be established through regulations by the Sports and Recreation Department.The Secretary of the Sports and Recreation Department shall establish through rules to the effect a procedure through which any new candidate for a maintenance technician position shall undergo a practice period as a final requirement to obtain his/her license.
