The season for practicing the sport of cockfighting in authorized cockpits shall open on November 1 of each calendar year and shall close on October 31 of the following year. All licenses issued by the Sports and Recreation Department to cockpits shall expire on October 31 of each year. History —July 31, 2007, No. 98, § 21, eff. 90 days after July 31, 2007.
