The Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, in coordination with the Technical Committee to be created below, shall prepare a Register that shall include the location of the lands to be administered by that agency in a topographical map of the Federal Geological Service, the official name of the tract of land, access to the path from the public road, the length of the paths, the main natural characteristics of the land, a map identifying the paths or trails, the main uses allowed for said paths allowed, similar uses not directly related to the paths, the name and telephone number of those persons authorized through concessions by said agency to offer the principal and related uses of the paths and any other information believed pertinent. The Register may also include paths or trails in private lands as provided below in § 385 of this title. The Register shall be available at the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and at the Sports and Recreation Department. Copies of any information contained in said Register shall be made available to the citizens subject to the payment of a fee for copying the document.
