(a) The Secretary of Sports and Recreation shall be the chairperson of the Board of Directors, and may only receive remuneration for the office of Secretary of Sports and Recreation. As chairperson of the Board, he/she shall be in charge of coordinating the establishing of the public policy of the Company, as well as the processes pertinent to the budget and regulations.(b) The Executive Director shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, who shall, in turn, be the Executive Director of the National Parks Trust. This official shall not receive additional compensation to that of the position of Executive Director of the Company.
