The title and jurisdiction of any asset designated as a national park, pursuant to the provisions of the Puerto Rico National Parks System Act, §§ 841—852 of this title, shall be exclusive of the National Parks Company.The management nor ownership of any national park cannot be transferred to private, natural or juridical persons, nor to another agency or public corporation, nor to municipalities.
