The creation of the Public Colosseum of Ponce is hereby authorized, and there is created, attached to the Recreational Development Company of Puerto Rico, the Provisional Board of the Public Colosseum of Ponce that shall have charge of making the surveys and the necessary planning for its establishment, subject to the provisions of the laws in force, and using the survey and planning resources existing in said Company.
