The planning of the Public Colosseum of Ponce shall be conducted under the direction and supervision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Recreational Development Company of Puerto Rico, but in accordance with the resolutions and determinations taken by the Provisional Board of the Public Colosseum of Ponce created by §§ 531-537 of this title.
