The agencies participating in this Public Colosseum of Ponce shall be the Recreational Development Company, the Municipal Government of Ponce, and any other nonprofit institutions devoted to the promotion of cultural, social and sportive activities, provided they fulfill the requirements and conditions that the Board herein created may determine.
