The Court of First Instance is granted jurisdiction so that, at the request of the Secretary of Sports and Recreation, it may grant those legal remedies which may be necessary to execute the terms of this chapter and to see that the regulations, rules, orders and determinations issued by the Secretary in the exercise of the powers granted to him/her by this chapter, are complied with.
